When I meet with clients my priority is to give them a space of non-judgement and compassion, where their thoughts and feelings can be heard, cared for, and understood. Together we can untangle where you might be feeling stuck, and map out a path forward to bring you to a new understanding of yourself, your thoughts, and the challenges you are facing. There are many reasons clients come to see me and some of these concerns include: anxiety, depression, boundaries, grief, trauma, self-esteem, trauma, family of origin and relationship issues.
Often times we can be unaware of the internal dialogue we have with ourselves, and my hope is to draw those thoughts to awareness, allowing us to examine them with objectivity and compassion, and begin to create change. I also offer faith based Christian counselling as requested by clients, as well as Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
