Using a client-centred approach, I will listen and understand your problem(s) and work towards a solution in a non-judgmental way.
I use a combination of psychodynamic, attachment theory, CBT, solution-focused, DBT, and mindfulness-based interventions to achieve your desired goals and outcomes. While being able to assist you with any life challenges or issues you may bring to therapy.
