I have over 20 years of experience in medical clinics, family services, women's health and child welfare. I am skilled in Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness techniques, evidence-based practices that are ideal for improving mental and emotional well-being. I also am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
