For over 25 years I have supported folks struggling with life’s challenges, including loss, trauma, and abuse. Working together, we'll explore whether the ways you have learned to cope are still serving you. I use a collaborative therapy approach that focuses on connecting your mind, body, and feelings to understand and work through the impact of trauma.
Taking the first step can seem scary but you don't need to have everything figured out or do it alone. I believe we're resilient and it's okay to ask for support.
