Hello and welcome! I’m truly glad you’re here. I specialize in trauma and the many ways it can show up: shame, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, phobias, OCD, overwhelm, and mood challenges. If you are feeling stuck or weighed down, you’re not alone. My goal is to help you connect present-day struggles with past experiences, creating space for clarity, healing, and personal growth. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant-in-training, using EMDR to help process trauma and attachment wounds so their effects lessen. I also draw from IFS and talk therapy to support you in feeling more grounded and connected.
With over 25 years of experience as a trauma therapist, my approach is compassionate, collaborative and focused on building trust and creating a safe, empathetic space that honours your unique journey. Together, we will work to heal deep wounds and nurture healthier relationships - with yourself and others.
