Life can feel like a constant juggling act. I know what that's like. For more than 20 years, I've supported children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with a particular passion for working with boys and men who have spent too much of their lives feeling misunderstood. Maybe you're parenting a bright, funny, creative kid who is always in trouble at school. Or maybe you were that kid. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I help people make sense of ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, parenting, and relationship challenges. Counselling doesn't have to feel clinical. Sometimes it looks like laughter through tears, practical strategies, and someone beside you while you figure things out.
Whatever has led you to seek counselling, I believe change begins when people feel understood rather than judged.
