I've had the privilege of working with women throughout my 20+ year career and have specialized training in Perinatal/Maternal Mental Health and Perimenopause/Menopause, in EMDR for traumatic life events, in CBT for anxiety and depression, in Grief and Loss approaches and in Developmental and Attachment-based models for Parent and Relationship challenges.
