Years ago whilst dealing with some health issues that affected me both mentally and physically a mentor/counsellor told me to “change my thoughts, in order to change my world. Because my present circumstances at the time did not determine were I go, but where I started." Hence, I do understand how mental and physical struggles can impact one's life and that admitting to those struggles and asking for help is never easy. I am here to walk alongside you on the journey to healing and restoration.
I have experience in addiction, ADHD, childhood developmental issues, eating disorders, grieve, immigration, trauma and PTSD.
Individual therapy offered. Good understanding of addiction, underlying causes and treatment practices. Knowledgeable of mental health illness, symptoms and treatments. Lived experience with health issues that can may and can affect one's mental health.
