Art and Trauma
This group will meet once a month and discuss a topic related to trauma and recovery. we will focus on what we CAN do, honouring and respecting our own journey timelines and our stories as valid and real. Reading material and other artistic material will be handed out prior to the meeting for your review. You will then create an artistic response to it such as sketching, painting, music (pre-recorded), dance (pre-recorded), photography, writing etc. no prior art experience is necessary.
