Dr. Karen Reilly is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who brings warmth, empathy and over 25 years of experience to help you improve your relationships, reduce anxiety or depression, cope with loss, and manage major life transitions. Counselling is a place to build on your strengths and find solutions to the many challenges you face every day. It is also a place to be truly heard in a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment. People come for so many reasons, but often the most pressing is an overwhelming sense of unhappiness with the life they are living. I can help you find a way to live the life you truly want to live.
I specialize in working with clients who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, parenting, women's issues, divorce and relationship issues. I have worked extensively with teens, adults and families, and have training in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma focused and a variety of other therapeutic methods.
