I support adults and youths to navigate life’s obstacles toward a life rooted in choice, connection, and presence. Together, we will explore beyond the surface, beyond behaviours, to discover patterns that aren’t working anymore.

My primary approach is NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), which integrates Somatic Awareness (body sensations), Cognitive Awareness (thoughts through a neurobiological lens), Emotional Awareness (unresolved emotions), Relational Awareness (attachment and interpersonal relationships to help strengthen connection to yourself and others).
