I do individual, couples and group work with adults and youth. (If approached to work with youth, I first do a series of individual sessions with parents in order to process their own histories/triggers their children set off in them.) I am currently providing DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting) therapy and have been shaped by my trainings in EMDR, Brainspotting, parts work (guided by structural dissociation theory), Theraplay, SSP and sand tray techniques. Lenses that guide my practice include trauma, attachment, consent, systems, anti-racist and loving justice. Practice hours are 9-5pm weekdays.
I am a DBR therapist working towards certification. I am a certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant in Training (CIT) serving adults and youth (trained under Ana Gomez). Because it can be difficult to articulate some emotions and experiences, I use art and play techniques.
