As a mixed-race Indigenous practitioner with white privilege, my counselling practice is grounded in a two-eyed seeing framework, holding both western modalities and Indigenous ways of knowing, doing and being close to my heart. My practice is decolonial, person centred, relational and strengths based. I include modalities such as narrative therapy, DBT, CBT, emotion focused and solution focused approaches into my practice.
I show up in a supportive, non-judgemental, and committed way. I strive to meet people where they are at, and work alongside them in a good way while holding up their strength and dignity.
