I am a Registered Social Worker holding a Master's degrees in Social Work and Education from York University.
I specialize in long-term psychodynamic therapy, working with individuals and couples who seek deeper understanding of themselves and lasting emotional change. My approach is grounded in the belief that transformation occurs through exploring unconscious patterns, early relational experiences, and the internal conflicts that shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
With a calm, thoughtful, and non-judgmental presence, I offer a therapeutic space where complex emotions and longstanding struggles can be explored safely and at your own pace. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, identity concerns, and life transitions, as well as those engaged in more open-ended self-exploration.
Therapy with me is a process of uncovering aimed at helping you live with greater freedom, authenticity, and connection. I welcome clients who are curious, committed, and willing to engage in a meaningful long-term process.
