I offer a safe place to help you regain your sense of hope, find strength & resilience. My varied work experience in education, leadership, hospice, grief work, non profits and as a holistic practitioner offers a unique and blended approach to wellness.
Together we will create a safe space as you explore experiences, trauma or stressful situations holding you back. It takes courage to find your voice, transform relationships & learn new strategies. I specialize in depression, anxiety, conflict, relationships, trauma, and grief. One of the greatest gifts we give ourselves is time to heal.
I am committed to working with you at your own pace, where you will feel supported and heard, reflect, engage in mindfulness, build resiliency skills and self acceptance.
