A basic need is to feel heard, seen and acknowledged. I work with children, teens, adults, couples & families and encourage you to share your story through a client centered approach. Are you struggling with relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, MH, illness or facing pressures at work, home or school? Do you struggle to cope, sleep, talk to someone, ask for help? I offer a safe place to help you regain your sense of hope, find strength & resilience. My varied work experience in education, leadership, hospice, grief work, non profits and as a holistic practitioner offers a unique and blended approach to wellness.
Together we will create a safe space as you explore experiences, trauma or stressful situations holding you back. It takes courage to find your voice, transform relationships & learn new strategies. I specialize in depression, anxiety, conflict, relationships, trauma, and grief. One of the greatest gifts we give ourselves is time to heal.
I am committed to working with you at your own pace, where you will feel supported and heard, reflect, engage in mindfulness, build resiliency skills and self acceptance. Taking the first step takes courage. I look forward to meeting you. Locations: Online to/from anywhere, by phone, or in person in Orillia, & Barrie, Ontario.Let's get started.
