About
I am a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist. After 20 years of providing psychotherapy, I am even more certain that assisting people to a better place of well-being is an honouring process. I believe that people usually come to a therapy process because despite their efforts, their roadmap in their lives doesn't apply anymore. Therapeutic conversations can provide an opportunity to explore life experiences and create new awareness of choices and strategies to resolve the difficulties that you may be experiencing.
Whether you are struggling with personal issues, relationship problems, workplace challenges or parenting and child behaviours, therapy can provide you with an opportunity to express your concerns in a safe and non-judging environment where you will feel heard and acknowledged for who you really are.
I understand the first step in coming to a therapy process is often a difficult one and it can be scary to show your vulnerability, particularly in times of personal stress. I also believe that it is often this very time that can be a catalyst for great personal growth.
