My passion lies in assisting clients in exploring the past, creating peace in the present and feeling hope for the future. My aim is to ensure that your therapy experience is a positive one that offers the potential to have you living life more fully.
I am a Master Practitioner in Clinical Counselling (Registered Professional Counsellor #3564) with over 20 years of counselling experience. I'm a senior practitioner in Mind Body Attunement Therapy which is an attachment and trauma focused therapy. This approach works toward restoring your capacity to regulate which allows you to access healthy coping strategies.
