I offer therapy services for individuals (16+) couples, and specifically for those in the helping professions. I work with burnout, stress, inner child healing, grief, anxiety, depression, life transitions, women’s issues, and more. I have 8+ years in community mental health counselling and have worked in crisis and leadership positions.
