I know first-hand that choosing the therapist that’s right for you can be a tough decision, but there’s nothing better than hitting the mark. My name is Kareana (Ka-re-na) and I do this work because I value the depth of connection that exists between a client and therapist. I have a passion for working with clients wanting to address relationship challenges, healing after infidelity, and developing greater self-esteem and living a life that feels authentic to you and your values. I have a special interest working with individuals and couples engaged in an ethically non-monogamous or polyamorous lifestyle.
Clients come to me looking for a therapist they feel comfortable talking with about anything. From discerning whether a romantic relationship may be right for you, navigating grid-locked conflicts with your partner, or navigating the beginning or ending of a relationship, every session will take a collaborative conversational approach.
