You’re the person everyone counts on but lately, it feels like too much. Maybe you’re parenting a child with big emotions or complex needs, supporting aging parents, navigating relationship stress, or carrying trauma that still shows up in your body and reactions. You may look capable on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, numb, irritable, anxious, or unsure how to keep holding it all together. If life has started to feel heavier than it should, therapy can help you make sense of what you’re carrying and find a steadier way forward.
I specialize in supporting adults, parents, caregivers, couples, and first responder families navigating trauma, attachment wounds, parenting stress, neurodivergence, and the pressure of being needed by everyone. My approach is warm, practical, and trauma-informed, drawing from EMDR, EFT-informed work, and years of social work experience.
You do not have to wait until everything falls apart to get support. If you’re ready for a space to process what has been weighing on you and start feeling more grounded in yourself and your relationships, email me to book a free consultation and see if working together feels like the right fit.

Building Capacity: An 8-Week Anxiety Group for Wom
If you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt you’re not alone. This 8-week group focuses on helping you understand anxiety, break patterns like rumination and avoidance, and build practical tools you can use in everyday life. Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety: strengthen your ability to handle it so it stops running the show. You’ll learn how to challenge “not good enough” thinking, set boundaries, and feel more confident in your responses. Details: 8-week closed group (adult women) Weekly 60–90 minute sessions April 30 – June 25, 2026 $200 total (insurance receipts available)
