My expertise is working with helping professionals (teachers, healthcare workers, First Responders), women in mid life+, caregivers, those struggling with a cultural issue, and those who feel deeply.
As an experienced, down-to-earth therapist, I offer Walk and Talk, in office, and virtual therapy. I take a customized, integrative and holistic approach weaving creativity, practicality, talk therapy and experiential approaches together. This way I meet your uniqueness, value you as a whole person and balance emotional healing with practical skill building.
My work with you stems from my life experience, years as a helping professional, training and personality. I can help but you are the expert of your own experiences; having strengths to build upon.
