I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor and a fifth-generation settler living and working on the traditional, unceded lands of the Lekwungen and W̱SÁNEĆ Peoples. I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from UVic and I specialize in feminist therapy for folks navigating grief and loss, complex trauma and PTSD, gender-affirming care, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, queer and trans identity, relationships, self-compassion, perfectionism, and more. I bring specialized training in trauma recovery and anti-oppressive counselling approaches. My practice is evidence-based, and we’ll always move at your pace with your informed consent guiding us. Together, we can explore relational therapy, compassion-focused therapy, parts work, trauma recovery, and other supportive approaches that align with your needs.
