I deal with issues related to anxiety, depression, stress, coping skills, relationships, changes after marriage, sexuality, existential questions, finding meaning after loss & other areas, with individuals and couples.

Anxiety and depression manifest themselves in a variety of ways and can be rooted in different parts of your life, both past & present. I support & help uncover factors that may be contributing to your distress while developing your inner sense of strength & direction to address challenges with confidence.

A sliding scale fee structure is provided for students who may be financially limited. The reduced student rate is provided on presentation of a valid & active student card.
