Welcome! I hold a Master’s of Education degree in Counselling Psychology, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents and adults using evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused therapy. I have experience supporting those who may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression, challenged with major life transitions, grief, and relationship difficulties.

I also work as a psychometrist who supports the psychological assessment process under the supervision of Dr. Deanna Mayfield. I have worked as a psychometrist in both private practice and within the education system.
