I have worked with individuals facing varying life challenges and/or diagnosis, including borderline personality disorder, anxiety, depression, PTSD, Autism, ADHD & dual diagnosis. Additionally, I can support you through your experiences of grief, low-self esteem, life transitions, stress, parenting struggles, relationship concerns and trauma.
I have over 10 years of experience working in the field of psychology. I hold a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, a BA in Sociology from York University, an Autism and Behavioural Science graduate certificate from Seneca College and a Foundations of Clinical Supervision Certificate from the University of Ottawa.
