I am a youth, individuals, couples and Integrative Sex Informed therapist working at ML Family Counselling. I use a trauma-focused approach rooted in compassion, connection, and the understanding that healing happens in relationship to the many parts of our ourselves and with others. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your relationship, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcomed. I work with a wide range of concerns including trauma, mood disorders, behavioural concerns, addictions, emotional regulation, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges.

My approach is grounded in nervous system regulation, shame awareness, communication and connection, Integrative Sex Therapy, compassion-based practices, and parts work. My approach to addiction emphasizes client-defined recovery, prioritizing autonomy and individualized goals over abstinence-only frameworks.
