I am a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about guiding clients through the therapeutic proces. I tailor each session to meet the specific needs of the client(s). My approaches to therapy may include Cognitivre Bevhaioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and/or Mindfulness.
