My work is trauma-informed and person-centered, drawing from CBT, DBT, and parts work while keeping things accessible and relevant.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS and CPT to help you feel more in control, more connected, and more like yourself again.
