My work is to help ease you through these difficult periods of time. My role is to help you find the tools needed to make necessary changes to restore peace and happiness to your family and/or life. As a social worker, I’m trained to look not just at the person but at the interaction between the person and their environment.
My approach takes the whole person into consideration focusing on strengths and the adaptability we sometimes have difficulty accessing. My training as a certified yoga instructor has taught me the importance of connecting the mind and body to heal, soothe or address discomfort; emotional, psychological or physical we might be experiencing.
