Youth and young adults often come in carrying depression symptoms, anxiety, family conflict, or questions of identity. Families may be longing to rebuild trust and connection or need support moving through grief. What they all want is to feel seen, supported, and to move toward more balance, clarity, and hope.

I specialize in complex and relational trauma, supporting youth, young adults, and families with a warm, collaborative approach. At Ember Centre in Surrey & Langley, I offer counselling that can include nature-based sessions, family work, or individual support, always with a focus on safety and connection.

Therapy is not about fixing you. It is about finding you beneath the grief, the self-doubt, and the weight of past experiences. Sometimes we are not even aware these layers are shaping our pain or keeping us stuck. Together we can rediscover what feels real, hopeful, and lasting.
