Hi, I’m Kaitlin! I believe that we are not meant to embark on the journey of life alone. The focus of my practice is supporting clients with their relationship with themselves, their relationship with others, as well as disordered eating. I provide a warm, compassionate space to explore these concerns. My approach involves working to address current symptoms, while also exploring the root causes of present issues

I take a customized approach to you, using evidence-based modalities, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy to support experiential change and during our sessions, as well as provide you with skills, strategies and new understanding to take with you.
