As an individual therapist, my interest lies in helping you uncover your deepest potential and encourage you towards the life you desire. My integrative/experiential approach can assist you with difficult thoughts, emotions or behaviours that interfere with living a life of meaning, confidence and true sense of an authentic self. I pull from modalities such as ACT, CBT, IFS, Narrative, with Mindfulness and Nature-Connection if appropriate for emotion regulation. (Pvt. walking trails available)
