Asking for help is the bravest step you can take and I want to help you make the most of this courageous step forward. For over 10 years I have specialized in adult ADHD and parenting support. If you have ADHD know that it does not define you, but it does impact your brain processes. It is vital to build an understanding of your flavour of ADHD, identify internal/ external coping strategies, and unhook from critical self-talk to be the person deep in your heart. The work starts from the inside out. Together, we'll make sense of your pain, learn transformative skills, improve functioning and self-regulation.

It takes courage to begin taking steps toward starting therapy. Has your life become too overwhelming and stressful to manage alone? Are you nervous, grieving and feeling down? I have been there, too, and feeling anxious and afraid is normal. As your therapist, I will walk with you by creating a supportive environment where we can share openly and address your concerns. I want to help you, especially if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, or life transitions and have recently immigrated. If you are open to working with me, we could develop a personalized treatment plan aligning with your goals.

For many years, the people who have ended up in Noelle's care are folks who have been harmed by the healthcare and educational systems. Invalidation, medical gaslighting, lack of services, long wait times, it can all add up to a pretty brutal experience where you are left feeling like no one understands or cares. Life can be a jerk to those of us who feel "different" due to pain, health issues, neurodivergence, etc. If this has been your experience, you need the right kind of support.

Smart, thoughtful, and maybe even a little intense. On a good day, your brain is a race car. On a bad day? It’s like you’re driving on ice. Whether it’s ADHD, burnout, emotional overload, or just feeling stuck, you’re here because you want clarity, momentum, and a way forward that actually fits how your mind works.
You don’t need to be “fixed.” You need a therapist who gets it—a collaborator to help you decode your patterns and build tools that work with your brain, not against it. Together, we’ll explore how you function best, and start writing the documentation for your mind.

I'm Kaitlyn, and I work with people who feel weighed down by anxiety, trauma, or major life transitions. Maybe you’ve been through something difficult and you’re still carrying it, or you notice patterns where you give too much, struggle with boundaries, and end up burned out. You might overthink, feel on edge, or doubt your worth even when you’re doing your best. These patterns can leave you feeling stuck, exhausted, and unsure how to move forward. Therapy with me is a supportive space to untangle what you’ve been carrying, build healthier habits and coping tools, and start feeling more confident, steady, and in control.
