I help clients who feel stuck—stuck in their heads, in their habits, or in lives that look fine on the outside but feel disconnected on the inside. If you’ve ever struggled with the pressure to “have it together,” or wrestled with shame, burnout, or the weight of unspoken emotions, I want you to know you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone either.

For months you may have been ruminating about the same issues: your relationships, your career goals, your hopes for the future and you're feeling stuck...and so frustrated! And what about that social anxiety? the feeling you have that the world is burning? how to be a good person in an environment of seeming incivility?

As a Registered Social Worker and therapist I specialize in helping people work through trauma, depression, anxiety, and addictions. I employ an informed, yet relaxed approach to help the therapy process feel accessible. This approach helps many individuals who are new to, unsure or uncomfortable with the idea of counseling. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques, knowledge of neurobiology, physical health, and our nervous system to help people identify and challenge behaviours, reactions, and patterns they want to change or improve. This approach often connects well with first responders, military and health professionals.
