From termination of pregnancy, miscarriage, birth trauma, and perinatal anxiety and depression, I am here to support you so that you can start feeling uplifted, at peace and simply well. Life-giving is hard! You deserve to find empowerment and joy within it.
Wherever you are on the reproductive journey, it is my honour to support you with dignity, kindness, and compassion. I am a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive and feminist therapist. I use spirituality, trauma-focused somatic experiencing, as well as cognitive-behavioural therapy in our sessions.
No matter where you are at, I will meet you there and walk alongside you. My space is always baby and breastfeeding friendly, and of course LGBTQIA2S+ affirming and celebrating! :)

Birth Trauma Group
Are you feeling stuck in the memory of your birth? Than, the Birth Alchemy Group is for you. We work together to process and share the birthing experience. We use Somatic Experiencing, art and ritual l to help find peace and empowerment about our birth story. All the sessions are trauma-informed and feminist consciousness-raising is at the core.
