Are you struggling with low mood, anxiety, anger, or substance use? Do mood swings or unhealthy coping habits—like alcohol misuse, overeating, avoidance, or self-harm—leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed? You’re not alone. Our past experiences shape how we respond to stress, and sometimes the strategies we rely on begin to work against us. In our sessions, we’ll build resilience and develop healthier coping skills in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Together, we’ll work toward greater balance, clarity, and lasting change.

Living with OCD or anxiety can be exhausting. You may appear capable on the outside while internally managing constant “what if” thoughts, mental rituals, reassurance-seeking, or avoidance. Many of my clients have been coping quietly for years without realizing their symptoms are highly treatable. I specialize in working with adults using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. ERP helps you gradually face feared thoughts and situations while changing how you respond to anxiety — so it no longer controls your decisions, relationships, or daily life.

Motherhood isn’t what you expected, at least, not all of it. Between the sleepless nights, the hormone rollercoaster, and the pressure to “enjoy every moment,” you’re feeling overwhelmed. Maybe you’re tearful, irritable, anxious, or like you’re barely holding it together. You might not recognize yourself anymore. Whether you're pregnant or postpartum, you’re craving space to breathe, vent, and actually feel okay again.

I help folks connect more compassionately with themselves, with others, and with a larger sense of meaning in life. You might be struggling with high anxiety that won’t let you rest, or depression that’s keeping you “stuck”. You might be experiencing a difficult life transition, and unsure how to move forward. You might be unhappy with your substance use, or feeling like unresolved trauma is keeping you on a emotional roller-coaster. I also work extensively with members of the 2SLGBTQ+ communities and their families. Whatever is happening in your life, we can work on it together.

Hi, I'm Katelyn and I am accepting new clients! Life feels harder when you’re constantly second-guessing yourself or battling feelings of not being “good enough.” Maybe this has been a lifelong struggle, or perhaps a recent life event, like a breakup, job change, or loss, has shaken your confidence and left you feeling unsure of who you are. You might notice negative self-talk creeping in, comparing yourself to others, or avoiding opportunities because of fear or doubt. These feelings can be overwhelming, but therapy can help you untangle where they come from and build a stronger, more compassionate sense of self.

My name is Sasha, and I support individuals living with BPD or struggling with intense emotions and difficulty regulating them. BPD can shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and your world, leaving you feeling unstable, misunderstood, or caught in patterns that feel impossible to break. You may notice sudden shifts in mood, fear of abandonment, or intense reactions that impact relationships. You might also struggle with self-image, impulsive behavior, or feeling like your emotions are just too much. Therapy can be a place to untangle these experiences and start finding a sense of stability. Accepting new clients.

Smart, thoughtful, and maybe even a little intense. On a good day, your brain is a race car. On a bad day? It’s like you’re driving on ice. Whether it’s ADHD, burnout, emotional overload, or just feeling stuck, you’re here because you want clarity, momentum, and a way forward that actually fits how your mind works.
You don’t need to be “fixed.” You need a therapist who gets it—a collaborator to help you decode your patterns and build tools that work with your brain, not against it. Together, we’ll explore how you function best, and start writing the documentation for your mind.

Now accepting new clients. When past experiences linger, life can feel unpredictable and exhausting. Maybe you’re on edge, quick to anger, or constantly running worst-case scenarios in your mind. Memories pop up when you least expect them, sleep feels impossible, or you find yourself pulling away from others. Even when everything looks “fine” on the outside, the anxiety, guilt, or numbness inside can make every day feel like a fight. If you’re tired of just getting through the day, there’s a way to feel lighter and more in control.

I’m a clinical psychologist who supports adults through the messiness of being human, whether that means anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or finding your sense of self again. I offer both psychotherapy and psychodiagnostic assessments, including ADHD and autism evaluation. I’m especially drawn to working with individuals who carry the impact of early relational trauma — including emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, neglect, and experiences of abandonment. I draw on research about how our relationships shape us, how emotions guide us, and how the brain can rewire itself, even after painful experiences.

Hello and welcome. I practice psychotherapy using an integrative, trauma-informed approach. I draw on attachment theory, Emotion-Focused Therapy, psychodynamic principles, neuroscience, and other modalities to work with each client individually. My intention as a therapist is to address more than symptom reduction; through the exploration of deeper issues and concerns, we work together to support meaningful, long-term change. Using somatic (body-based) approaches and the therapeutic technique of Brainspotting, I support clients in regulating the nervous system and accessing the brain’s inherent capacity for healing.
