I believe in each person's own inner healing abilities, strengths and unique needs. I help people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, post-traumatic stress, dissociation, childhood abuse, grief and loss, relationship issues, work/career concerns, life transitions, physical ailments and health concerns, personal growth, and more. Others seek my services for spiritual awakening and growth, and to explore one's life meaning and life purpose.
I have a specialization in sexual abuse and trauma and complex post-traumatic stress. I am trained in various experiential therapies. For many, talk therapy alone is not sufficient to process unresolved trauma and issues; it stays "stuck" in a part of the brain (and body) that is not accessed by language alone. It requires experiential therapies to help
access the right and left hemispheres of the brain and body in order to help process and integrate the "stuck", unresolved experiences, negative beliefs and emotions. Experiential Therapies I offer include: EMDR, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Sandtray-Worldplay Therapy, Art Therapy, EnergyHealing/Reiki. Mind Body Spirit.
