I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist based in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. My hope is that something here resonates — a reflection of how I show up in this work: grounded, attuned, and real.
My approach is both clinical and deeply human, shaped by experiences of loss, uncertainty, and growth. For those who find traditional office settings uncomfortable, I do offer walk-and-talk therapy — where movement, nature, and conversation come together in a gentler way to support healing. Some days you may come with big emotions; other days, it’s the quiet exhaustion of everyday life. Whatever it is, we walk through it together.
For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s many seasons. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, burnout, parenting stress, and the desire to feel at ease in their own skin. My goal is to help you find understanding and healing — one conversation at a time.
