Do you have questions about yourself that you want answered? Let me help. s My therapeutic approach is soft albeit direct while offering new perspectives and coping strategies. I work collaboratively with you to provide an evidence-based service that is tailored to your unique needs. In addition to individual counselling, I also have specialized training and extensive clinical experience providing formal assessment services.
My clinical experience and primary interests include addressing anxiety, relationship dynamics (incl. adult friendships, toxic behaviour, childlessness), ADHD, post-secondary challenges, work satisfaction (incl. career counselling, finding purpose, work-life balance, burn out), childhood wounds, and major life changes.
I recognize that seeing a psychologist can be an intimidating process, so I strive to create a supportive environment where you can feel heard and empowered.
