Counselling is voluntary. I will support you and guide you through our discussions, however you are in control of these sessions and your decisions. Counselling can often deal with uncomfortable and sometimes intense emotions. We will deal with such emotions together. While not everyone may be supportive of your choices you will be supported in counselling to work through those choices. One of my greatest passions is to help others find their voice & passion as well as advocating for their needs.

I am a registered Social Worker with NLCSW and a member of the CCPA. I received my BA from St. Francis Xavier University, BSW from the University of Manitoba and Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

I work within the realm of Positive Psychology with a Strengths-based approach. I want to help you discover/rediscover the positives of life as well as the strengths and talents you posses to achieve all you want to achieve and reach your full potential.
