I am passionate about working with anyone who is experiencing challenges with parenthood, ADHD, anxiety or past trauma. I work with clients to help them feel lighter, more regulated, and more in control of their lives. This is your space and your time and I am here to help by providing a judgement free space and tools you can implement into your life between counselling sessions.
You deserve to have a safe space to share your life experiences where you are validated, supported, and heard without judgement. My goal is to help you feel empowered to create the changes you want in your life.
Therapy for me was a life changing experience after experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety after the births of both my kids and my diagnosis with ADHD. My experience with my counsellor is what led me to pursue my own career as a counsellor.
