I know what it’s like to lose yourself while holding everything together, to carry grief, question my identity, or having no sense of belonging when everyone else seems to have it all together. I offer a space where you don’t have to minimize your pain or do it alone. I support clients navigating anxiety, grief, identity, and/or spiritual trauma. I also support couples & conflict.
Together, we’ll explore patterns that once protected you but now hold you back, to help you to explore and reconnect with your authentic self.
My approach draws from formal training in AEDP, IFS, EFCT, & somatic work, focusing on deeper healing and not just symptom relief. I believe lasting change happens when we feel safe enough to understand our story.
I’m a Registered Nurse of over 24 years & a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), with a Master of Psychospiritual Studies. As a first-generation Canadian, I understand the pressure to achieve and hold it all together.
