What I am offering is a neutral space in a relaxed environment to work on your self expression and to build your confidence. I am a sexologist trained to help you reflect on your sexuality, your needs after a trauma or a break up and I teach conflit resolution. I try to adjust to my client's needs as a foundation of my therapeutic approach.
Reaching out to get help and talking to a person you don't know might feel like a big deal. It's overwhelming to start working on issues while in the middle of it. We'll start with what you're comfortable with and go from there. I offer individual or couple's therapy in English or in French. You can decide if you prefer virtual or in-person sessions.
