I bring a unique perspective to therapy as a Registered Psychotherapist, Ontario Certified Teacher, and retired professional, international, and NCAA Division I athlete. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, emotional regulation, confidence, relationships, life transitions, and other challenges. I have a particular passion for helping children with big emotions and supporting athletes through performance pressure, identity, injury, confidence, and the realities of competitive sport.
Therapy with me is warm, practical, and tailored to you. I draw from evidence-based approaches while focusing on connection, self-understanding, and meaningful change. With children, I incorporate developmentally appropriate and play-based strategies and work collaboratively with parents when helpful.
