Hi I’m Justin, a Psychotherapist, Couples Counsellor, and Certified Clinical Sexologist. For the better part of my life, I have been learning and training how to help people of all genders and sexual expressions tackle some of the confusing and difficult parts of life. I know what it's like to feel stuck, whether in your personal identity, sex life, relationships, career, or just life in general. I also know a lot of these topics can be tough to talk about, and that's why I'm here; to provide an environment of trust, compassion, and safety for us to explore some of these areas together without judgement.
My work with you will be tailored to your needs. We are all complex, well-rounded human beings, and a holistic approach to healing is most effective. By attending sessions, you will be given the opportunity to learn new skills and tools that you can take with you into your day-to-day, helping you feel better equipped to manage life's challenges.
