Where once your relationship was a source of safety and support, now you feel disconnected and you can’t find your way back. The days are passing and nothing seems to shift. You know that life doesn’t have to be this way, but somehow you are stuck here. It feels like there is so much below the surface that is difficult to address. Conversations are tense and nobody feels heard. And yet you are not ready to give up and call it quits.

I'll help you understand what's happened between you, and find a way back to each other. My job is to make the room safe enough for both of you—including the partner who's less sure about being here—so that what's been hard to say can finally be said, and heard.
