Something brought you here and whatever it is, you don't have to keep carrying it alone. I'm Justin Leung, a Registered Psychotherapist at The Niagara Centre for Healing & Recovery. I work with adults navigating complex trauma, dissociation, sex addiction, and betrayal trauma. Many of my clients have spent years trying to outthink their pain, only to find it keeps showing up. That's because healing happens beneath the surface, in the body, in the parts of us we've learned to hide, and in the patterns we developed just to survive.

I work with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR — two powerful, evidence-based approaches that meet you where words fall short. IFS builds compassion for every part of you. EMDR helps release what's been frozen in your nervous system. Together, they create the conditions for real, lasting change.
