For 18 years, I've supported a wide range of clients with diverse concerns, including addiction, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and life transitions. My professional experience combined with my personal recovery of nearly 20 years make me uniquely suited to support you. I can help you to better understand yourself, identify underlying needs, and develop more effective ways to fulfill them.
