It's really hard to reach out sometimes. For some, tagging in help is a challenge. Counselling does not need to feel overwhelming. Every individual session will be different. You may be looking for direction, someone to give you guidance. For some, they need a listening ear or a sounding board. Either way, help is an email or phone call away. You're not alone. I'm here to help you help yourself; sometimes the first step to "helping yourself" is tagging in a knowledgeable counsellor.
If you were to ask me what my specialties are, I'd say: youth, concussions, infertility and men's mental health. How do these all connect? These are all special in their own way and impacts everyone differently. Through using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we can work together to dissect the feelings and find your path.
