My office is an all inclusive and safe space for my clients and I care for the well being of all my clients using a collaborative and strength based approach. I often use a variety of approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy. In addition to working with children and youth, I also work vastly along with LGBTQ+, young adults, and adults whom present concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma, amid others.
I have been working with children and youth with special needs (in particular but not limited to, Autism with an ABA approach) since 2007. Currently, as a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I bring in what I have learned in working with children and youth into my practice by being compassionate, caring and patient.
